SportsBaazi considers Fair Play to be a priority as it's platform and any user violating the Fair Play Terms shall be entitled to bear various consequences including blocking of user account.

Fair play violation at SportsBaazi includes:

  • The player should be a native Indian and at least 18 years old to be able to play on our application.
  • A user creating more than one account on the SportsBaazi platform will be considered as violating the Fair Play terms of SportsBaazi .
  • Withdrawing money using unlawful or illegal means, or attempting to withdraw money through illegal methods, is considered a Fair Play violation at SportsBaazi.
  • If a user is found submitting fake copies or someone else's documents while registering with SportsBaazi, it will be considered a violation of the Fair Play Terms.
  • Under the Refer and Earn program, the people you are referring to should be genuine and the user should not use any fake accounts to gain the “Refer & Earn” benefits.
  • CHIP DUMPING: Chip-dumping occurs in SB Poker when a player intentionally loses a hand to deliberately transfer their Chips to any other user / player
    In Fantasy sports, 'Chip Dumping' occurs when one player intentionally loses an amount to another player in the league.
  • COLLUSION: Any user/player found to be intentionally engaging in soft play against their opponent, or possessing knowledge of other users/players' cards even before the particular hand goes to showdown, or users/players working together with the intention of extracting money from other users/players, will be considered to be colluding.
    • Collusion between users/players through the sharing of hole cards or any other methods is strictly forbidden. We reserve the right, in addition to other measures, to restrict seating and/or prohibit users/players from participating at specific tables or in tournaments. This includes the authority to prevent two or more users/players from playing together at the same table or in the same tournament.
    • When a user/player agrees to the Terms of Use and Service of SportsBaazi, they commit to not participating in any game in partnership or through communication with other users/players, which could provide them with an advantage over other users/players. We view any collusion between users/players as a significant violation of these Terms of Use and Service. Accordingly, we reserve the right to take appropriate action against users/players involved in the illicit activity of collusion, as we see fit on a case-by-case basis.
    • What is soft play?: Soft Play is a form of collusion in which a player fails to bet or raise in a hand when the situation would warrant doing so. It also involves passive play against friends or partners or otherwise attempting to avoid winning money from them.
  • MULTIPLE USER/PLAYER ACCOUNTS: It is prohibited for a user/player to open multiple accounts on SportsBaazi. Each user/player is allowed to have only one SportsBaazi account and must use the platform exclusively through this single account. Additionally, creating accounts under the names of family members, friends, or relatives, or engaging in 'games of skill' from any account other than the user/player's own (including accounts of family, friends, or relatives), is strictly forbidden on SportsBaazi. Moreover, users/players are strictly prohibited from granting access to their accounts to any other individual for the purpose of playing 'games of skill' on SportsBaazi. Sharing a user/player account on SportsBaazi is also strictly restricted and prohibited. This policy is in reference to what we term as "Multiple Accounts”.
  • IP GHOSTING: During gameplay on SportsBaazi, users/players shall not attempt to change the Internet Protocol (IP) address and/or geo-location multiple times without written authorization from SportsBaazi. This practice is referred to as "IP Ghosting”.
  • OFFENSIVE LANGUAGE OR CONTENT: Users/players are prohibited from posting any material on SportsBaazi that is unlawful, indecent, racist, obscene, libelous, defamatory, or threatening, or any material that would violate applicable laws or be generally considered offensive. This applies whether using the email function or engaging in correspondence/conversation with our SportsBaazi personnel.
  • FRAUDULENT BEHAVIOUR: If we, at SportsBaazi, determine that a user/player has participated in or attempted fraudulent, unlawful, dishonest, or improper activities while using SportsBaazi, including but not limited to the activities mentioned above or any other form of game manipulation, such actions will be regarded as fraudulent behavior.
  • SOFTWARE MODIFICATIONS: Users/players are prohibited from attempting to modify, decompile, reverse-engineer, or disassemble the SportsBaazi Software in any manner.

Consequences of violating fair play terms of SportsBaazi

  • As a consequence of violating the Fair Play terms at SportsBaazi, the account of any user found to be in violation will be promptly blocked.
  • Moreover, in different scenarios, the total amount in the user's SportsBaazi wallet, who is found to be violating the Fair Play terms of SportsBaazi, will be reset to zero.
